Innosilicon A10 Pro + Ethereum miner 720 mh/s.
Innosilicon A10 Pro + There are different cryptocurrency coins that you can mine with this Innosilicon A10 Pro + Ethereum miner; the most well-known is Ethereum at 720 mh/s.
- Power consumption: 1300 Watt
- Hashing algorithm: Ethash, Ethereum
- Hash rate: 720 mh/s
- All machines include associated power supply.
Firstly,
Manufacturer : Innosilicon

Power : 1300W
Voltage : 12V
Interface : Ethernet
Temperature : 0 – 45 °C
Humidity : 5 – 95 %
Watts : 1300
Secondly,
Ethash (Ethereum mining algorithm) has a special DAG file that is loaded into the GPU/ASIC memory before the mining process starts.
We have detailed how this works in our post When Will My Graphics Card Stop Mining Ether?
The size of the DAG file keeps growing. You can always find the current DAG size on the main page of the 2Miners Ethereum pool.
On August 17, the DAG file for ETH reached 5 GB.

Thirdly,
This was most likely the last major milestone for the Ethereum DAG and will never reach another (6GB).
Ethereum developers plan to change the consensus mechanism from PoW to PoS in September, which will generally end ETH mining.
Innosilicon A10 affected by DAG file size
Innosilicon A10 pro + is a popular Ethereum ASIC miner manufactured by Innosilicon. Originally, only Ethereum (ETH) and other Ethash coins were mined. Recently, the manufacturer released a firmware that also allows Ethereum Classic (ETC) mining in view of the future end of ETH mining. ETC is slightly different from ETH because it uses its own Etchash algorithm (a modification of the Ethash algorithm). More information about the new firmware can be found in our post Innosilicon has released a new mining firmware for mining Ethereum Classic on ASIC.
In conclusion,
Innosilicon A10 pro +_new_firmware
The new ETC firmware cannot be used to mine ETH and vice versa, you cannot mine ETC with the old ETH firmware. Mining Ethereum is currently more profitable than mining Ethereum Classic, so many ASIC owners preferred to mine ETH and not upgrade to the new firmware to mine ETC.
Once the Ethereum DAG file reached 5 GB, the Innosilicon A10 stopped working. No matter how much memory they had. Looks like a firmware bug. However, it can also be related to the hardware configuration. Unfortunately, Innosilicon has not released any information on this matter. Their twitter account is almost dead.
How to mine with Innosilicon A10 and Innosilicon A10 pro +
Hopefully there are solutions you could use to still generate some profit with the Innosilicon A10 pro + ASIC. There are other coins that use the Ethash algo that have a smaller DAG file. ETC firmware is also available. Let’s look at the 2CryptoCalc.com mining calculator and enter a hashrate of 700 MH/s for both Ethash and Etchash algorithms.

Ethereum is the most profitable coin at $19.22/day followed by Ethereum Classic at $13.64/day. You couldn’t mine ETP with Innosilicon A10 pro +, so another option is Callisto $6.35/day. You should not consider Expanse (EXP) because the trading volume of this coin is very small.
Worst option. Just wait
Classic Ethereum mining
The new Innosilicon ETC firmware works great. Flash it to your A10 device and start mining Ethereum Classic right now. You can download the firmware from the official project support website.]
